  • FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $50.00

  • Orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday and 12pm Saturday will be delivered the same day

  • Orders placed after those cut-off times will be delivered the following business day

  • Once submitted, orders will be available for in store pick up within 1 hour during regular business hours, or we can deliver to your house!

  • Delivery schedules are subject to change during holidays or inclement weather

  • Any purchase under $50.00 is subject to a $9.99 delivery fee

NEW RETURN POLICY

  • Returns/exchanges must be done in-store only. delivery drivers will not accept returns, exchanges or give refunds.

  • Qualifying products can be returned to value plus within 30 days of purchase.

  • Qualifying products include:

    • new, unopened, and uninstalled products in the original condition and packaging.

    • with original purchase receipt.

  • Returns without original receipt will be issued an in-store credit.

  • Returns between 30 to 59 days are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

  • Returns between 60 to 90 days are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

  • Returns over 90 days require management approval and are issued an in-store credit.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method.

  • As for special order returns, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • No returns will be accepted on installed electrical parts, or open chemicals/fluids.


CORE RETURNS

  • All cores must be returned in their original box, in rebuildable condition and with required parts such as caliper brackets or as originally sold.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method.

WARRANTY RETURNS

  • We follow the manufacturers published warranty policy on all warranties.

  • Warranty exclude damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, and improper installation.

  • Limited lifetime warranties are guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defects, i.e brake pads that are worn naturally or have uneven wear due to caliper failure are not covered.
